When Lenovo ran a sale on Xbox controllers a while back I ordered one and it never shipped. They kept delaying the estimated delivery date, even after I requested to cancel the order (seems ridiculous that I had to request to cancel something that never shipped). I had to contact their customer support multiple times before the order was finally canceled. Lenovo's online ordering system sucks and so does their customer service.

I had the same problem but with a $1000 laptop. They held my money for 3 weeks before finally cancelling the order due to lack of inventory. Customer service is useless.

These are basically disposable controllers due to the stick drift issues...

Face plates are all magnetic and they have whatever color you want, or you can remove to have a clear plastic controller. Otherwise, I agree, but give no dookies about appearance.

I haven't bothered with these crap controllers that only last 6 months and stick drift happens.

Go and buy GameSir controllers ....much better quality and uses hall effect sticks ...I haven't looked back ...own 2 of these on my gaming rig and my gaming laptop.
