it includes everything but apparently if you want early access to black friday deals u shouldn't be on a trial..probably to keep smart ppl like u n me to use the 1 month trial during black friday month and cancel afterwards which i totally understand

Q77K is a lower model TV hence the lower price is all I was saying

I think tcl is ok but I do think it is hit or mis. My fist budget TV I opted for my old 55in tcl whick lasted me 1 year. Best buys geek squad took forever but I got it replaced with one that was 1 step up from my older model and I've had it since then.... It's been 10yrs an till going strong. But I do believe support will be a headache if I hadn't got the coverage from best buy.

Unfortunately your same story can be applied to any brand. They are all a crap shoot nowadays. Which is why an extended warranty will be included with any TV I buy.
