So apparently the "free shipping" is just a bug and should only apply to orders of $99 and more. I placed an order yesterday (with the free shipping of course) and the total was $23.96, as stated at checkout AND in the confirmation email I received shortly after. But when I checked the order status on the website today there is a different total amount. $43.91. It appears the shipping fee ($19.99) was reapplied after I placed the order. I spoke to customer service and he said the free shipping is only for >$99 orders so I cancelled it.

Please educate yourself before willy-nilly buying a tree. Buy a tree native to your area and buy from a local grower that grows the local ecotype which will give you the best possibility for a healthy long lived tree that's acclimated to your area.

I got a Meyer Lemon tree from them and from the time I got it I knew it was doomed because it looked rough when I opened it. When it finally died a couple of months later they asked for all kinds of pictures and since the window it sat next to had a vent a couple of feet away they told me tough luck. Still have yet to go to anyone's house who doesn't have a vent within a few feet of a window. Just seems like they know it's an easy out of their guarantee.
