My only gripe is how often the control panel software seems to break, though it's a pretty simple fix reinstalling it from the extracted package.
On the whole, I've been very happy for 1080p/1440p gaming, especially for the price. I'll add that Lossless Scaling even works well for upscaling to 4K, too.

Intel Arc B580 12GB is a strong budget card for 1080p and 1440p gaming, especially with newer CPUs where it avoids the overhead issues seen on older chips. Intel driver updates have reportedly fixed many Arc problems, including Battlefield 6, and Lossless Scaling can stretch performance to 4K well. The main drawback is flaky control panel software that sometimes needs a clean reinstall. Linux and Unraid support also draw complaints, so it fits best in a modern Windows build.
The card can deliver strong 1080p and 1440p gaming performance for the price when paired with a newer CPU platform.
The control panel software issues can be fixed by reinstalling from the extracted package after updates break it.
Latest Arc drivers reportedly resolve many Battlefield 6 problems compared with earlier Arc cards.
Lossless Scaling can upscale this card's output to 4K effectively for gaming use cases.
The Arc control panel software can stop working and may require manual reinstalls multiple times.
Older CPUs can add CPU overhead in CPU-intensive games, reducing performance versus expectations.
The free-game offer can be a dealbreaker because only one game is included instead of a broader bundle.
Linux on Unraid can show HDR tone problems and Linux driver quality concerns.

I had that problem and found a couple posts saying that checking the box for a full/clean install during the update fixes it, and it did for me. No problem with the last 3(?) updates since I did the clean install.

just one game kills the deal for me
I would buy one of these if they gave me money too.
edit: To be clear I do have this GPU, came with BF6 and sold the game code.
