Love mine, paid 47 for it, and that was worth it. Great light had it for years.

My last two purchases from Alix proved defective, one sent in a generic box but looked new. Both returned with a hassle. I have three others that I never even got to open before these and return window has expired and not sure if they are working

Sp36 pro. Three 18650's drive this monster, and those batteries would make up for more than half of the price of the light is ordered separately.

Mines not all that impressive. Paid $30 for it. I also got the Q8 for $47 and that's pretty impressive

SP36 is the brightest flashlight I own. I remember being very impressed for the price for quality. I've had it like 5 years it's a beast.

Every one puts out ugly blue 5000k+ light. I want a 3000k light.

Yes.

I just realized I printed and sent in the latest return to a different address that was for previous return in September. Their website is so confusing. I printed the wrong label for the last one and dropped it in a mail box in local usps. There is no update on it except the last return in September. What's the recourse in situation like this? Does usps "return to sender" if the label is already used?

i do not know for sure, but you can call USPS and try to update delivery to address, it might work...

I'm sticking with the $2 specials from Harbor Freight. My head would explode if I lost a $30 flashlight.

I will try that. But, the tracking has no new scan or update. Not sure, how the system can process this if it doesn't know where the package is. I hope it "returns to srnder" and I receive it. I would be very wary of buying from alix unless alix improves their cluttered site and make communication easier. In both last returns, the seller was being dismissive and had to escalate the issue directly to alix. Also, they require not only photos but video and then their system can't upload large video and you have to scramble to find app to shorten or reduce the video mb. I would be upset if my other three are also defective that Ai am outside of return window

I ordered two SP36 Pros from the AliExpress. One worked and one didnt. Contacted the customer support on the Sofrin website. They told me I had to deal with China customer support because I ordered from AliExpress. Three weeks, and no response from China customer support. Then three emails in row asking for my order number. Clearly a fatigue tactic that unfortunately worked, because I gave up. So if you order a Sofrin from AliExpress, assume little to no customer support even if you get a flashlight that doesnt work.
