This is a tiny rechargeable magnetic work light that is handy for under car and garage use, with a hook and a magnet that can hold its weight when positioned well. The low price makes the rough build easier to accept, and the 18650 battery inside can be swapped for better runtime. Brightness is disputed, but the light is generally treated as modest rather than impressive. The main drawbacks are weak or loose magnets and hinges, short battery life, and some early charging failures, so it fits best as a cheap backup light.
The light can hold its weight inverted on metal surfaces using the magnet feature.
The hook attachment can add hanging versatility for garage and under-car work.
The light can be useful for short garage tasks when it runs long enough.
The unit can use an 18650 cell, which may allow runtime improvement with a higher-capacity battery.
The product listing can omit or conflict on key specs like lumens and battery capacity, which makes brightness expectations unclear.
The charging and battery performance can be unreliable, including units that fail to charge or dim within minutes.
The magnet can be weak and easily knocked off when the light gets bumped.
The hinge can loosen and cannot be tightened, which can make the light mostly unusable.

The cell will likely be soldered to the PCB via wires.
Thought about adding a JST plug from the PCB to the cell, so it's just 2 screws to open and then a plug cycle VS needing to solder, but removing the wire happens so infrequently.
Complaints, wish they were USBC (these might be USBC) , they typically require a "small cast head" miniusb plug to fit into the the charge port, don't like it.
The cell inside is fairly anemic, replaced it with a high capacity 18650.
The tip cover is held on with stickers, and will peal falling off, so you have to glue it back on.
I wish it had a "hold button down" to turn off, you have to cycle through all the modes to turn it off.
It doesn't have a auto reset LVC cutoff. Once the device depletes and turns off mine won't turn back on, have to charge the cell and momentarily remove power via the internal wire to reset the chip. StupidAF if you leave it on...
Wish it had a auto off after ~2Hrs
Have not found a more versatile cheap flashlight.

I think it lasted about 2 hours or so. For $10 or $15, i think it was worth it
