I was looking for an entry level NAS, mostly for photo backup. Which would you suggest Terramaster F2-426 at $225 or Ugreen DH2300 at around $180?

The cheaper Ugreen DH2300 would be plenty for photo backup. You might also want to consider an external HDD if photo backup is all you need.
