I have this one. The blade seems to have a slight unalignment with the fence that I have to drill out a bigger hole to correct.
Still, with a good blade, it cuts well.

Have you tried adjusting it? Instructions should have been included to correct slight angle issues.

I have. It looks like I need to rotate the fence just a 1/16" more but i'll have to file off a little from the hole in order to do so.For now, i have the miter locked at 1°(first line) to the right so it's square.

I'd almost guarantee if you sent proof to SKIL they would send you a new one. I have this same saw, and like most sliding saws it does have the tiniest bit of sideways movement when fully extended, but if you aren't pushing it laterally at extension, it was dead-square out of the box.

I know this is an old post, but my saw has the same issue. The inboard right side bolt hole is not oval. It's circular which limits how much Incan adjust the fence. Is yours the same? Every other hole is oval.

Mine's oval. Perhaps it's not oval enough, though.
