This would of been a great deal if it wasn't for what AMD just pulled on 6000 series, this might be added to the "maintenance mode" list a year from now

This card is definitely not E-waste. I picked up this exact card for $599.00 at my local Microcenter to use for heavily modded games and games that are greedy on vramm. It had performed very well and the int8 files for fsr4 have worked well for me. Aside from raytracing this card still beats out the 9070xt in alot of titles. I have both but this card i felt was a bargain at 600. At 8 I would just get a 9070xt and call it a day. Only thing I do not like is the crappy rgb program asrock uses. It stinks and doesn't play nice with signal rgb. Also the card does not have a dual bios switch. Just a useless extra plug to use for a single rgb device. Don't know what I would do with it so its just a huge waste of s0ace to me.in games though at 1440p 32:9 it runs great. Powerdraw is high so I reccomend a 1000watt psu if this is going to be a card you want to get. Again unless you can find this card for less than a 9070xt by a fair margin I would just get that instead.

9070 XT is only 8% slower and is $200 cheaper (currently available at newegg for msrp) and supports FSR4 which is worth it alone, and has significantly better ray tracing performance. 7900 XTX does not make sense at all at this price.

The 9070 XT (now down to $550 or lower), is a much better buy for this category.

Where do you see the 9070 XT for $550 or lower?

5070 TI is currently cheaper than this! Only reason the price is still so high is because 24GB of vram seems to be the sweet spot for home consumers to use open source AI apps (like llama, stable diffusion...etc)
