Do these toothbrush heads go on sale often? Can anyone recommend any links or third party products, preferably in the same dark color?

Seems perfect for short trips. Won't mind losing this versus a full blown pricey Sonicare unit.

Get Bitvae instead for half the price with half a dozen heads and built in battery. It's pretty close to Sonicare.

I tried the Bitvae toothbrush and promptly returned it. I don't remember what I don't like about it. I'm a nitpicker so it may be perfect for most people. Bought two of these as I prefer to use rechargeable batteries instead of having the ugly charger sitting on my sink. The cord is so ugly. haha.

Is the battery powered toothbrush vibrating stronger than the corded rechargeable toothbrush?

  1. 43% off is misleading as they often are $19-22 everyday price.
  2. White one at Walmart is $15: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Philip...pe=VARIANT
  3. The vibrating motor is much weaker than "full size" brush. As long as your expectation is in check, then you are good.
  4. These ones use special heads and regular "full size" heads will not fit.

Very light toothbrush meaning the vibration is not as strong as an expensive Sonicare toothbrush. There is not enough mass to create strong vibration. Removing the endcap to replace the battery ended up wearing the connection after a couple of years. The brush head is fairly cheap. This is a good toothbrush for young kids, like 5-9 years old but not for an adult.

Please don't waste money on these. Get a proper electric brush. I fix teeth for a living.

Honestly, pretty good to use.
It's been a year of using this, and I've taken at least 10 trips this year.
Very reliable to use, easy to clean, practically waterproof, brushes teeth well.
You'll probably prefer these for travel, for the travel toothbrushes.

Got a recommendation for a quality electric toothbrush? We used those cheap Quip ones for a year and are ready for an upgrade

If you have a regular Sonicare toothbrush, and you get this, you will be extremely disappointed. Basically just vibrates the handle. You're better off using it as a regular toothbrush.

I LOVED this toothbrush when it had the USB-C charger. The new proprietary charger makes it was less attractive as a travel brush. Mine crapped out after like 18 months, and I'm guessing it was partly because of the USB-C charging interface. I get they probably switched to make it more robust, but I'm just not buying anything that isn't USB-C that is capable of being USB-C.

I would recommend the Oral-B io series or Philips Sonicare. Avoid the cheaper models and stick to mid to middle upper range options that fit within your budget. I personally use the Oral-B io series 9 and it's worked very well for me.

Amazon sells the brush heads that can be used for the Sonicare. Here's one such product:
