Lepro's permanent RGB plus warm and cool white lights are pitched as a more versatile take on holiday lighting, with app control for changing colors and use beyond Christmas. The deal also draws interest from people who already have other Lepro products and like the brand's performance. The main concerns are the cone shaped light effect versus classic bulb looks, the misleading AI branding, and doubts about long term durability in harsh weather. It feels like a flexible decorative option if the style and upkeep tradeoffs are acceptable.
Common Questions (3)
This style uses a cone-of-light effect rather than the classic bulb look. A similar alternative mentioned is Govee Dot lights, which are designed to point outward and reduce that cone effect.
The promo code does not apply to the 100 ft version. It is being checked specifically for the 150 ft deal, so the shorter length is excluded from this offer.
They are not truly permanent in the sense of lasting forever; the lights can fail over time and may leave hardware or residue on the house. One concern raised is that this type of LED setup may not survive harsh weather for years without becoming a maintenance issue.
