Ok for the money. Kind of cludgy. You can feel the $32 price point without question. It is loud, hot, and not super efficient. Also holds batteries at a 14.6v float. That's a little high and cannot be adjusted. The wires feeding the battery plugs are a little undersized too so they get fairly warm. It's not something I really feel comfortable running when I'm not in the house.

Is 15V pulse charging worth it?

I have two of these and find them useful for getting batteries from a low state of charge (SoC) up to near full.

However, as another user mentioned its top-off (absorption phase) voltage is set to 14.6v. I have found that a slightly lower voltage (e.g., 14.4v) is better for the final charging phase to avoid having the BMS stop the charge when a single out-of-balance cell hits its limit (3.65V).

The conductors are smaller than is typical for those large 50A Anderson connectors and certainly too small for 50A, but I think they are sufficient to handle the max 20A charging rate for the charger.

Do you have any recommendations for a better charger than this in this price range?

Any recommendations in the 20-50 amp range? Have a Noco 10 amp, but it's a little slow for my usage

u know cables get warm when electricity is flowing thru them right? As long as it's not crazy hot then it's fine.

Wish it had the XLR connector common on mobility scooters. I'll bet adapting it raises the cost closer to better models with an XLR option.

Cost me $36 with $6 coupon but I need one so hopefully this is good to keep my marine battery charged over winter.

I just got the 5amp thinking it's enough for my car batteries - which it seems to be. Charged the small Audi TT battery less than an hour but takes over an hour to do the battery on my Honda Passport.

Lol. No, it was never $126. Ecoworthy runs sales the way Kohl's runs sales.
