Costco and Office Max/Depot:
--> "GreenMade" (by US Merchants). Will stack with Lowe's Commander. This style is slightly longer and not as tall as HDX Tough Totes.
Home Depot:
--> "HDX Tough Tote" (by Edge Plastics). Only properly* stacks with each other. This style is slightly taller in height, and is not as long, as the GreenMade/Commander ones. These will fit on 24" deep wire shelving shelving units, as the bottom lip edges on both ends fit within the edges of the shelf so they sit flush.
*While HDX may stack on a GreenMade/Commander, it won't work the other way around. Should be avoided for storing heavy items, as the weight concentration further away from the lip edge can cause the GreenMade/Commander lid to crack.
Lowe's:
--> "Commander" (made by Centrex). Will stack with GreenMade. This style is slightly longer and not as tall as HDX Tough Totes.
As far as which is best? It changes as the manufacturers make changes, so YouTube reviews from x years ago may no longer be relevant as the companies make unannounced tooling changes or design tweaks. Go with whichever one suits your needs the best. For putting on our 24" deep wire shelving units, we went with HDX ones. For storing various portable/foldable solar panels, we went with Commander since the extra length allowed the panels to fit, and we stacked the totes on dollies in the garage.

With one caveat - and that's to avoid doing this with heavy-filled HDX totes since the lip edge perimeter is a smaller footprint and the pressure is applied further away from the tub edge where it's needed to support the weight. With heavy items and doing this, the Commander/GreenMade lid can crack. Same goes for unstable items, since they are not nestling as intended, they can be more easily pushed out of place leading to momentum that could cause a potential tip over (rare event, but still)
