Lowest price this game has ever been is $7.99 default price is $39.99. This is a Street Fighter EX successor that is highly rated.

It's fine. It's pretty bare bones. The character's act like 2D characters, even though they are 3D, so their movements are a little stiff. And, when you beat the arcade mode instead of like an animated cutscene, you just get an awkward little paragraph of text about your character. I really liked the Street Fighter EX games, and owned all of them for my PlayStation, and this just doesn't play as well as those. And, especially when compared to modern fighting games.

I can't seem to even find how to purchase the game unless this was a ps plus game at some point. Anyone know what's up? Edit: Nevermind I must have bought this long ago.
