Go to coupons-then local coupons. Scroll to the bottom and there should be a place to enter the coupon code.

Works for me in northern California. In the app you enter the code by going to coupons > local coupons and scroll to the bottom to find the code entry area.

The only option that is free. They would charge you for delivery. It is one of those indirect marketing tactics.
Some fast food places have it as carryout, to go (which I would think would be the same thing), curbside, dine-in, and delivery.
The difference between to go and carryout would be whether one ordered it online or walk in and they were not planning on staying.
