This bundle stands out as a strong value for a Z890 motherboard and 32GB of DDR5 6000 CL36, especially with RAM prices climbing and the free game included. The board brings Wi Fi 7, 2.5GbE, four M.2 slots, and a hefty 16 plus 1 plus 2 plus 1 phase VRM, while the memory is solid mainstream speed for a new build. The main drawback is that the RAM is not especially tunable and the platform may not see many future CPU upgrades on LGA 1851. The bundle also appears to have cart quirks and pricing changes, so it is worth checking the listing carefully.

Thanks for the detailed write-up, wish I hadn't missed the MSI deal but I guess this will have to do. RAM prices are so bad this is basically buying ram and getting a mobo and game for free laugh out loud
sad but true. I think we're going to see a ton of insane motherboard deals because RAM prices are scaring off people from doing new builds. One of the big temptations to build a new PC today is to put in a dollop of super faster DDR5 and now that's the most expensive bit.

Might help to link individual parts. Your link just goes to an empty builder page.

The link works now. Great deal. I picked up the Core Ultra 7 265kf and ASRock Lighting gaming motherboard with all of the software freebees for $395 about 3 months ago. Mine didn't come with the RAM but did come with a free 240mm AIO cooler. I paired it with a 5080 FE and 64gb of 6400mhz DDR5 and it rips. Battlefield will play at maxed out graphics (overkill) settings at 4K 7680 x 2160 on my Samsung G9 NEO 57" at 180fps. Starwars only gets to about 80fps with maxed graphics (ultra) and ray tracing in 4k in the massive open world setting. In 1440p it runs at about 195fps. I use the PC for CAD work as well and it doesn't even begin to work hard in Fusion 360 with large 3D renderings.

Thanks OP & repped!! I just need storage and the O/S for my new budget build. I don't game anymore, nor care to. It's time to replace my extremely old i7-2600 PC that gets me by. I am choosing pieces to hopefully last with no used parts, skipping crappy Corp pre-builds much higher in price.

Anyone have advise on choosing the freebie game to sell or give away?
• Battlefield™ 6
• Assassin's Creed® Shadows
• Dying Light: The Beast
• Sid Meier's Civilization VII

My "Slickdeals" new budget build (piece by piece at $733.88) :
ASUS TUF GAMING Z890-PLUS WIFI Motherboard - $459.08
CORSAIR Vengeance RGB 32GB DDR5 6000 CL36 -bundle-
Intel Core Ultra 7 265K -bundle-
Cooler Master 360 Elite Liquid CPU Liquid Cooler $32.31
PowerColor Fighter AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT - $86.19
NZXT Tower - $32.32
Seasonic Electronics Vertex GX-1200w PSU - $123.90

If anyone wants the MOBO, I will more than happily split it and take the RAM.

Just curious - If you aren't gaming, why not just use the integrated graphics from the 265K and skip buying the PowerColor Fighter AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT? The integrated graphics of the 265K should be powerful enough by itself for any productivity tasks and even light gaming.

I don't see the RAM when the motherboard is added to the cart. Is this still working for other people?
