Yes it does. I ended up getting the Gooloo that the Orangetest341 liked above. The Gooloo 4000A and 2000A versions of this is on Project Farms jump starter showdown.. they performed well. Here i started the video where he tries to jump w/ the goolooo 2000a . https://youtu.be/ixWPx79g3yk?si=k...L16B&t=548 so i'm hoping this 3000a version will do well even it being a refurb. My only question is the warranty info but this is gonna be a back up to another jump starter.

nice.. they accepted my offer of $25! I didn't realize they sold refurbs. The 4000a and the 2000a tested well on Project Farm so didn't hesitate to give the refurbs a try.

Not sure if those refurbs are actually refurbs. I ordered two of them and both arrived in flawless packaging still shrink wrapped. Now even the box shown any use. I could have gotten just lucky, or they are selling just unused returns as "refurbs"

I wish the clamp box uses a standard plug. Even the clamps are a little weak unless they changed the style of the plug.
I have had both the parts break, but the hardest part to fix is the box part if it does not use a standard plug.
