This is their latest m18 fuel 7 1/4 model. Could not find any other deals for this one. Good deal if you are into Milwaukee system.

great deal. when this saw first came out they had this deal for ~$200 at home depot. i missed that deal and have been watching for something similar ever since. i havent seen a sale on the bare tool, or in combo with this forge battery since. i highly doubt this price will be beat till this tool becomes discontinued for something better.

Bonus for me... i just used 3x $100 gift cards i got for 15% off, so for $230, im happy as hell!

No, this isn't a home depot hack where they assign a value to the Free item.

Yaasss!! You can return the battery for pro-rate refund, cause Ace does same thing as Homey Depot where they got a price on each line item. Note: you have to refund at exact Ace store bought at, cause each store is independent owned, even though all the signs say Ace hardware.

Ace has current promo for buy gift card for $50 and get a free $10 gift card. You can do this 2x, so you basically get $20 off discount that you can apply toward this saw. The promo cards show up in your e-mail 15 mins later, so make sure you got a good email. Also, don't forget to sign up for their free member account online, and then download the app and link the accounts & they will give you an extra $10 discount promo card for anything over $10.
