I got one of these on that same deal you got and it still isn't working. I have been messaging back and forth with their customer support for the last 16 days and still after all the trouble shooting it still is not working. They want to ship me a new motor and new motherboard now and have me install it.

You should be able to initiate a return directly through ebay
For these refurbs, either it works out of the box or you return it
Then buy a bambu for $100 more (worth it)
