Through Secondipity via eBay it also includes a two-year warranty. This is the lowest it has been through their eBay storefront since I have been keeping an eye on it the last few months.
Typically about $379 on their eBay page, but did drop to $327 for a short time recently as well.
I ordered the $299.99 deal this morning and within 2 hours already had UPS tracking for delivery on Saturday 11/8.
If so, can I ask when was the last time you used them? Squaretrade used to awesome. Based on friends' very positive experiences I got it for a laptop and also had a great experience but that was years ago.
About two years ago I bought a refurb laptop via ebay that I wouldn't have spent that much on without the confidence I had in that service. A month in, the fan stsrted grinding and their support tried to get me to throttle the cpu to fix the noise. I declined and said I'd rather actually fix the fan. When I got it back it was filthy and had fingerprints all over it, and now the top shell was coming apart from the display. I sent it back again, got it back, and the mic was broken. A few months later the shell was coming apart again.

I had not seen the reports on the XM6, only the previous issue with the XM5.

However, warranty might not cover the hinges. They could consider that abuse or customer damaged, not a manufacturer issue.
