I just tried to place an order and the offer for the $49 came up. No $98 plus walmart cash. Now, you still have to place the order of $35 or more to receive free delivery for free delivery.

I have the Blue Cash Preferred but Amex targets their promos. I do not understand how they do, but some will get a promo offer and some will not.
