Member's Mark 4 Burner Gas Griddle is a large hot rolled steel griddle that stands out for strong cooking performance at a clearance price. The 720 square inch surface, 48,000 BTU output, and easy clean grease cup make it feel like a lot of griddle for the money. Pricing has been seen anywhere from the low 90s to the 160s, with pickup and clearance varying by location. Main drawbacks are the short cover that cannot close right after cooking, rough assembly instructions, and reports of uneven seasoning at the front plus occasional hose or regulator leaks. A solid value if the size fits your setup.
The griddle can show clearance pricing as low as $106 in some locations.
The griddle performs really well for the price point according to a recent pickup experience.
The hot rolled steel griddle surface can support cooking performance for everyday use.
Sam's Club pickup pricing can be relatively low, with store pickup reported at $4.
The grill cover may be too short, requiring waiting for cooling before closing.
The assembly instructions can be difficult to follow, which may slow setup.
The griddle may not season evenly because the front area lacks direct heat exposure.
A hose or regulator leak can waste propane, though Sam's Club reportedly refunded the purchase.
