I've had this TV for a month now. It's ok for the price. It's not my primary TV so it doesn't get used daily. The picture quality can look excellent if you have native 4k content. The 4k upscaling is a little disappointing. The Google OS has been good for me.

I believe I bought this exact tv for around this price 2 years ago on Black Friday. Its a good looking/watching TV, but I would not buy it again. I have to vocally say power off as the button doesn't work the majority of the time. Which started within 1 year of using it, along with other minor issues that are so minor I can't think of them. I bought a 55" insignia from best buy about 5 years ago for $200 and after a move and a few room moves it is still working perfectly. I think the made in China or whatever unsettling place this tv comes from holds some bias also.

I bought mine from Target, so it would be different on that level, but still a 65" uhd google tv with the football player advertisment.

My tcl 61565r had the power supply fail after only 2 years and I had to replace the part myself out of warranty. So good thing this comes with a five year warranty.

You will absolutely need the warranty, every TCL I have owned, or a friend is owned, has had some sort of issue with it. Vertical line in the screen, blown t-con board, failed backlight array since LEDs wired in series, and now my 75 in r series blown power supply a few months ago. If you are going to buy one of these, make sure to sell it locally a few months before the extended warranty expires.

I took a picture of my Costco upgrade options on Aug 26 and this TV is this price in my local warehouse. I do believe this isn't a sale and certainly isn't slick...
