I see the E2 has much larger weight capacity. Not sure if they're both dual motor but the weight is a considerable difference
I wouldn't trust the Staples numbers. Flexispot's website lists the capacity of the E2 at 154 pounds. There's no way that desk can handle 528 pounds as Staples indicates.

Would this support a 140lbs 32inch widescreen CRT TV? I am worried it could tip over or break.
The legs look a bit narrow but if it was pushed against a wall I bet it would be fine. You could always install an anti-tip kit similar to what is used for larger cabinets to childproof it and keep it from falling over.
