The unit itself is working fine, but do not expect anything from the manufacturer. If you get a dud, you better hope you're in the Amazon return period, or have a credit card that will offer you an extended warranty/return protection.

I paid very little for the machine I have, and it works for now. But I was deeply unimpressed with the service, and I won't buy one of their models again as a result.

I have the WI-6. All the links time out. They've timed out since January, when I bought the machine.
This does not bode well for future support for any of the existing models. And, as I said, they did not respond to any e-mails I sent.

Brother, if I could get the drivers, I would! I still can't access them, no matter what I try. It just times out.
