Slickdeals doesn't care! As this rate they're going to begin posting pirated software for sale. The ones loosing money are going to be people who buy these keys once they get canceled by Microsoft.

Based on what Bill has said and the fact that he is worth well over 100 BILLION... I will take his advice on his software and download pirated versions rather then paying money to someone who is worth so much money. AND HE IS OK WITH IT!!!
And from Bill's famous qoute... I have yet to give him a penny of my money.

I don't think so. My two laptops are both installed with bootleg Windows and Office... Both laptops are 3rd gen intel... one is a i5 and the other is a i7. It has been 13 years and they both work like a charm... that is like 13 years ago. Both got the extra year of updates from Microsoft. Both products are registered and verified by Microsoft.

I never had a issue with bootleg software but I have always had MAJOR issues with all the bloatware and spyware that manufactures install on pre purchased laptops and pc's. I wish we could do a clean install of Android on our devices like we can with a PC. This is why I needed to use bootleg copies and to do it legit is too difficult, I don't want to phone Microsoft.

I personally do not understand why it is so cheap... but I will say this is all designed by Microsoft.

you may not have paid them in money but it certainly does have a cost. you paid them with user data at a minimum. And they ensured that you are inside the windows ecosystem paying for other stuff. They make money indirectly off of both those things at a cost to you. A small one, judge by most people.

I highly doubt your 13 year old laptop has an M.2 SSD and maybe not an SSD at all. Without that, i highly doubt it's "working like a charm" by today's standards.
