You made me curious, it's surprisingly hard to find and only found anything about it pretty deep in the manual:

Lifting capacity will be reduced at elevations above 4,000 ft (1220 m). Always ensure load is secure and balanced by performing a test lift before continuing to move the material.
This tells me they have about 15% wiggle room on their number (85% air pressure at 4,000ft vs 0ft). With that known and assuming you only get below their claimed 265lb/132lb numbers once above 4000ft, you can figure about 75% of the claimed strength at a little under 12,000ft. Would be interesting to know what the numbers actually are and/or if I'm correct.
