I have some of nordic wares other intricate pans (forest and cabin bundt pans), they really arent too bad if you do your prep properly.
Spray with oil (or butter) and flour the pan and there is basically nothing left afterwards than semi-cooked oil. Hot water, soap, and a soft brush and its clean in under a minute. If you dont prep the pan right, then its a problem (which soaking makes easy though).
