AMD Ryzen 5 7500X3D (4.0GHz) Processor.

To my knowledge, this is the first time i've seen that in a build, and it's about $100 cheaper then the 7600x3d version. Hopeful the chip itself holds to that price difference once available standalone.
Now if only we could get the RX7400 as a standalone product.

It's sort of an in-house chip, specific to Micro Center PowerSpec products.

$100 cheaper than the 7600x3D for 100MHz less is not bad.

Is this the best pre built for $1000? How much to self build a PC with these specs?

Hmm tempting. Big enough upgrade over my current setup?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS (8 cores, 16 threads, up to ~4.75 GHz)
• GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4060 Laptop GPU (8 GB GDDR6, ~100 W TGP)
• RAM: 32 GB DDR5-4800
• Storage: 1 TB SSD

Nope. Not worth it. I would rather spend that money on upgrading the GPU (9070 or 9070 XT) and RAM (maybe 32GB more if you want)

This is a legion laptop. I want to switch over to a desktop. I already upgraded the ram to 32 GB. Nothing else I can do for the laptop.

I mean probably $1500 or below. I mean, I could technically spend above but truly all I use this computer for is Microsoft flight simulator 2024 while playing VR. My current laptop plays the game decently well, actually on mostly medium and some high settings.I just wanna be able to dial up all the graphics for a better performance.

It will run reasonably fine at 1080p Medium. Most of the time above 60 FPS.
