I got the 65" s90d last year and I love it, incredibly thin tv that makes playing on my ps5 and watching films incredible.
I've had very good luck with woot through dozens of purchases. there have been a couple of errors which they were quick to rectify.
This is $200 less than it was 4 days ago and that has a +13?

The Samsung S90D OLED stands out for bright HDR, vivid colors, deep blacks, and a very thin panel that looks great for movies and PS5 or PC gaming. The 144Hz refresh rate is a nice extra, though the jump from 120Hz may not matter much for everyone. The main caution is reliability and seller risk, with reports of faulty power supplies on some units and repeated warnings about WOOT items arriving opened or used despite being listed as new. A strong picture-focused pick if you are comfortable with those risks.
The S90D delivers a brighter HDR picture with highlights that pop more in viewing.
The S90D supports 144Hz, which can benefit PC gaming and fast motion handling.
The S90D can produce vivid colors and deep blacks for a noticeable living-room picture upgrade.
A power supply replacement reportedly resolved an early failure quickly, after which the TV had no further issues.
WOOT orders reportedly can arrive open or with condition problems even when listed as new.
Faulty power supplies reportedly can require replacement and may be a hassle even under warranty.
A reported power supply board failure indicates a potential electronics reliability risk for the S90D.
WOOT condition issues reportedly can include messy packaging and missing parts, which is risky for a TV purchase.

The Samsung has the much praised QD-OLED panel over the LG WOLED BUT there are issues with the Samsung having faulty power supplies that need to be replaced....even under warranty it is a pain.
How are you getting $1699?

My experience might be limited but a high value item like TV I would avoid from WOOT

Bought one S90D 65" last year and then another for about this price. Best TV purchased.
They are fantastic. AirPlay is fast and stable. Picture quality is grade A.
A friend bought the LG G3 at the same time and the blacks and color are a bit better (not miles better though). The remote on the LG is clutch and the interface is much better I must admit.
.
Waiting to replace a sammy 77 with a newer 83(?) for the main tv, but the value prop isn't there yet.
edit:
PSA: If you are plugging in $1000+ TV (or any thing electronic) without a high quality sine wave UPS
...you're doing it wrong.
