Last week while at our normal Costco store, noticed Shark Matrix Plus on clearance with price of $249.97. Decided to go against it at the time since we haven't done any research on this model.
Came back home and did research, while the same model is on sale at Woot! for $130.
So started to digging, and noticed a few other stores in the area have this model on clearance for $149.97 with "Low Stock".
Decided to drive 40 miles to the store with $149.97. A little disappointed to see the tag in store shows $299.97. But decided to try our luck any way, and the register rang it up at $149.97. I guess the store tag has not been updated yet. And there are about five or six in stock at the moment when I purchased mine.
I live in Houston area and happy deal hunting.

App says 299.97. Wonder if just not marked down yet, or inaccurate price is showing in app

I got this model on the $100 Woot refurbished deal. Used it 2 times and it has worked very well.

I have a small apartment with no pets, so not the most difficult use case.

Just a note that this does not have auto carpet sensors so you have to manually program (using the app) where and how big your carpets are, which is kind of a pain. Even robot vacuums in the $300 price range have carpet sensors so this model is somewhat dated. I guess it's a LPTA situation (lowest price but still technically acceptable).

Also grabbed the woot deal, apparently I've been out of the loop - this little bot started up, began rolling around dodging all of my furniture, returned after about 20 mins and created a very accurate map of my first floor. That was really impressive.

We have hardwood floor with lots of carpets and rugs, that took some time to add in, and the carpet and no-go zones have some odd constraints that made the process a bit annoying.

Ran the vac all weekend, ran the mop once, all pretty simple to get started and did a good job. Scheduled a sweep for every morning.

Be sure to come up with a sweet robot name for your new guy - our kids are into soccer right now so we went with Cleanio Messy.
