Also, a free Whopper quarterly with purchase.
Also, there is no order minimum with same-day shipping so I can buy something for $5 and the final cost is $5.
Community Reviews
Walmart+ at $49 is mainly valued for free shipping and delivery, plus the included streaming choice of Paramount+ or Peacock and extras like Burger King discounts and gas savings. The membership can also be useful for same day grocery orders, InHome delivery, and occasional Walmart Cash or Amex stacking that can cut the effective cost further. The main cautions are that renewal and retention offers are inconsistent, some deals require canceling first or using the website, and delivery or refund experiences can be messy. A strong value if the included perks match how you shop and stream.
Common Questions (5)
Yes, many returning members can get it after canceling or letting the membership expire, and some current monthly subscribers can upgrade through the website. The offer often appears in Account or Manage Membership, sometimes only after canceling or after the plan fully ends.
The membership can include 25% off Burger King once daily through the app, a free Whopper quarterly with purchase, fuel discounts, free shipping on very small items, and faster local delivery. Some members also value InHome delivery for no-tip drop-off and the ability to save on gas or weekly shopping.
Canceling through the website or app can trigger a 50% off or $49 retention offer, sometimes immediately before final confirmation and sometimes days or weeks later. Several accounts only saw it after the membership fully expired or after reopening the account page.
Yes. Walmart+ includes one ad-supported streaming choice, either Paramount+ Essential or Peacock Premium, and you can switch between them every 90 days. The included plans are the ad-supported tiers, so upgrading to ad-free requires paying extra.
The membership itself is charged tax, but same-day shipping can be used without an order minimum and without a tip prompt. Grocery delivery is different: it can have a minimum order and a delivery fee, with tipping handled in the app or website.

Their customer service is pretty good, though, and they are still way faster than Amazon Prime for me. This is likely a great deal for families who shop at Walmart.
