Came to post this deal. Nice case. I picked up the black version from an earlier slickdeal for my next build.

This "midtower" case is bigger than the ancient full tower CM Storm case that I have used for 3 builds & 12 years.

Good deal but remember the fans and controller here are the old version of icue. Not sure how the lights in the case will interact with Icue link. You might need to have both an older Corsair controller and a newer icue link controller if you want to control both the case lights and newer icue link devices.

I believe you can control the fans/RGBs in the ICUE software, both old and new in sync. Old components will utilize the commander core and new will use the new icue ecosystem.

"lit and loud" LOL

"The amount of noise the iCue 5000T can produce is actually hilarious. Between the volume and all of the lights, I might start calling this case Coachella. The effect is even more concert-like when you sync the RGB to the beat of the song you're listening to."

That is hilarious

Thanks for posting this OP

If this helps any the provoked prawn does a review where he demonstrates putting various pc components (hard drives for example) into the case .. if someone's still rocking 3.5 mechanical drives (let's face it for a cheap price .. at least prior to the AI surge gobbling them up like pac man - some of us are still rocking these hard drives for the amount of storage space you get for your files) note what he has to say about relocating the hard drive storage units further over to the left to make more room for the power supply

True, but I was able to get an upgraded triple fan icue set that includes the cables and hub from Corsair for $50. Link below. I got 2 sets so that I can match the side intake with the front intake.

Commander Pro, 3 RGB fans and lots of RGB strips. I am not going to use any of them, and this case is still worth $130. It is a good one. I been using the 5000D for a long time.
