Do you get to use a sword and shield for most of the game in Echos of Wisdom? No I texted in having to craft and summon crap to kill enemies and solve puzzles. Reason I hated TOTK so much.

And how is Splatoon 3? Is the single player good? I see it doesn't have split screen like the first one on WiiU...Boooo! I don't play online. Can you play against each other in the same room with 2 copies and two switches?

I don't generally like 3d Mario games. I like the 2D side scrollers. But Odyssey looks a bit better. World's aren't as barren. If I absolutely hated Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 and think Mario 64 and Mario Sunshine were just okay...would I like Odyssey,?

I'm getting by with playing with the pro controller. Only awkward when trying to use gyro for Yoshi tongue.

I found Odyssey to be a bit better than Sunshine. I hated 64. Only liked the fluddless areas of Sunshine. Loved Galaxy 1 & 2. 3d World was great. So for the most part the opposite of you. I'd put Odyssey in the middle leaning closer to Sunshine with the cap gimmick being reminiscent but admittedly better than fludd.
