Ever since all these businesses started making this dine-in only, I have just stopped bothering. Between waiting a long time to be seated and being expected to still tip, which doesn't make it it free anymore... Little Caesars is still the king for veterans Day free meal.

Veterans are included. Their website also says a photo of yourself in uniform is an acceptable form of identification.
