Metropcs get a phone, 1 month of service and the tablet for this price.
You need to get a phone and line, some phones are free and just pay $65 for the plan. Activate it, and then can order a tablet, currently $50 plus plan, but sometimes is available for free and just pay $20 for the plan.

If only Samsung would sell this in the 5G version that is unlocked, but yet they don't. The amount of bloatware is massive but you can eventually get past that if you try hard enough. The price ain't bad, but for 64 GB in the year 2025, not 2005.
Haven't gotten one recently, but previously there was a Sim to put in, if you don't put it in, no bloatware. (If you did put it in, and activate, it could be unlocked after a year to use on another service)

The bigger issue is just 4GB RAM isn't enough and the SOC chip is struggling. Might be fine for a kids tablet or all you do is Netflix/Youtube, but I was getting annoyed at just how much switching apps or swiping notifications would lag. Screen quality also noticeably worse than the mint condition S9 FE I got from Amazon for $180 during their prime day sales. That's a much better value than $150 for this if you can wait for another deal like that.
I have the iplay mini 60 turbo... it is decent. 8.4". It has a SD 6 Gen 1 (at least 30% faster), it has a usb 3.2 so it can do HDMI out (this is the cheapest tablet that has this feature). And there are a tone of drop proof cases available... same chassis as so the iplay 60 mini or iplay 50 mini cases will all work.
I also have the... ZTE Redmagic Astra Gaming Tablet. This is the best of the best. But I do not think it has a micro SD card. And not many cases available. I am actually using my favorite iplay mini 60 case on the ZTE Redmagic, not a perfect fit but it is a drop proof case that works.
If you need to save some money... there is the iplay 60 mini OR any 8.4 G99 tablet on Amazon. Go to Amazon and search "G99 8.4" tablet".

How is the Metro bloatware on the tablet?
Is it easy to disable?

I wouldn't pay $150 for the lesser RAM and storage on this thing.
