It's just such a big product for such a small battery pack size. Even at $88 it's slightly better than simply a portable pack since it offers AC power out but still it's not going to power much like a fan or coffee pot it anything else for long. Maybe a small lamp for a few hours.
And just 1 usb c output is pretty limiting in today's mobile world. I can see why it's $88.

I have a slightly higher capacity AC2P. I used it for charging the three cell phones and two tablets in the house which are frequently charged items. The capacity is small enough that I can recharge it quickly with one solar panel. I haven't used the AC ports yet.
I dont know at what point I will break even vs paying the electric utility. But getting 'free' electricity makes me feel good.

I do camping with my family and my kids like that we can plug an electric blanket into these and they last a good amount through the night on low setting. Keeps them warm enough to sleep comfortably

I get a lot of use out of smaller packs:
1. Run my Starlink so I can get internet and see what the ETA on the power outage is.
2. Run the blower motor if you have a wood stove or gas furnace.
3. Run low power tools or charge tool batteries on site.
4. Run a few lamps or other lighting during an outage.
5. Camping keep phones, USB chargeable headlamps etc powered up.

When we have power outage, we still have internet through fiber optic cables. So, I use one of these at the router and a wifi mesh. And then I use another 2 at the other 2 wifi mesh around the house. This way, we will have internet for a good 6 hours. The one at the router is also connected to the solar/ home battery, so that is out only for a second or two or three to change to the home battery. Last time, we lost about 10 hours of power, I had to use other of this type to charge the two that are connect to the other mesh around the house.
My daughter does volleyball games, so I also use them to run a fan and charge phones.
Can you drain the battery down the full 204Wh or is it down to about 50%?
Generally, Bluetti's products deliver about 75-80% of rated capacity. Anker's stuff is a little higher at around 85-90%, but it really depends on the unit.
I haven't looked to see if anyone online has done a review (most of which are paid sponsorships so be leery), to validate how far off the nameplate capacity is from real world. But I think a .8x multiplier is reasonable. So 163wh in this case.

people who rely on CPAP machines often have these for backups or for use when camping. I used to use one often for a 120V Dremel tool before I ran power to my workshop and still do when I am working remote so I can make sure to power / charge my laptop (sometimes I work from my car with the engine off).
P.S. Also some people use them for UPS's for their router / cable modem but I never understood why you wouldn't buy a purpose built UPS for such things.

It would certainly power a fan, probably could handle 2-3 box fans at the time but that of course is an absurd example / expectation. And no, almost zero of these battery packs, unless you spend thousands (and will be far less portable) will run a high wattage appliance like a coffee maker. And the single USB C plug is more for charging, this is clearly a 120v inverter aimed device for short term uses, not a substitute for a generator or being tied to grid power.
P.S. it would probably keep a LED light bulb (assuming 120v 100w style but LED) running for well over 24 hours. Maybe day(s) if you ran a 12v light.

Figuring for transfer loss, say this unit actually is capable of providing 168wH100w equivalent led a19 bulbs are ~14w consumptions = 12hrs run time60w equivalent led a19 bulbs are ~9w = 18hrs

Seems like you got the 50% number from what would be recommended for lead acid batteries. These LFP batteries can be run down low and cycled more aggressively.
