I got the other used like new cuckoo deal and it had scuffs on the top and the non stick bowl had a huge scratch inside and the bottom and many scratches and scuffs. Feel like Amazon is just throwing anything into the 'like new' category now

i would be hesitant on buying rice cookers used or open box from amazon, the one i received was certainly used and scratched up

Ordered this cooker "like new" from Amazon and received a like new rice cooker. Doesn't appear to have ever been used, still has paper and plastic where it should be for new and paddle/manual in correct spot.

Only sign of it not being new is that there was an oil spot on the top but it cleaned off easily.
