Wouldn't 4K look better on a 32 inch instead of a 27?
Depends on your viewing distance, but generally no. In almost any case higher PPI will give a feeling of higher resolution, because the pixels break down faster at a lower PPI for any given viewing distance. In most cases I will argue a 4K at 27" is superior. Ultimately personal preference because I can't convince anyone.

Stop listening to stupid memes and find out for yourself.
I went from 2k to 4k and back to 2k on a 27".
4k is much more sharper, by that you can see there is more detail further away especially in games like players/nametags/text/etc. I downgraded from 4k & immediately could tell its a bit blurrier. Yes you can increase sharpness % on monitors ( I always do that) but 4k is a much better experience if you have a very good graphics card for gaming. You can use it casually but I found the 4k helped a lot in clarity for headshots in FPS, or anticipating what a car will/ is doing in rocket league from further away. I sit anywhere from 16-36 inches from my monitor The only thing that sucks is you need to adjust windows scaling because everything becomes tiny as hail. I only downgraded because I broke my 4k ips monitor & there was oled on sale for $3xx.
