Where are you getting your info from? And whodafudge is Rich Piana? 😂 An avg *strong* cup of ☕ barely has 120mg of caffeine.

I don't know how you could understand who Rich Piana is while simultaneously believing 120mg of caffeine is a crazy amount.

I bought the Carmel last time around and enjoy the taste. I have a high tolerance to caffeine, so I can't comment on how well it works there as I'm someone who can fall asleep right after having coffee. A serving definitely keeps my caffeine withdrawal headaches away. In for 1 more. Thanks OP.

I got the original last sale and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Macros per scoop aren't super favorable if you're trying to be really on point though. I ended up mixing my vanilla isolate with a serving of this for a solid breakfast treat.

It is much, much, much cheaper to just buy some cold brew coffee crystals and some protein powder. You'll actually get coffee and you can control how much protein.

I just got this delivered and the taste is good but a little heavy on the stomach if you drink 10 oz. water with 2 scoops of powder as per the directions.
