One huge advantage is the quality of the screen. We watch a lot of movies on it when traveling, and the OLED makes a very noticible difference. Its certainly a luxury and the base iPad can do almost everything just as well

I'm not sure why this isn't getting updated but they're 699 in store. I did have to travel to three different ones in San Diego to find a warehouse with them on hand. They weren't shipping to San Diego so the 750 for shipping was not an option but 699 for pick up is a better deal!

Costco staff is amazing. I called in after work, they checked the floor. 1 left at this price ($700). They held it for me until I got there.
