Walmart has its annual sale on the Goodyear Assurance Outlast touring tire; $30 off each.
These are a longlife tire(800 treadwear), should be able to get 50k or more from them.
They are not a performance tire so traction is not great for that. But for normal driving they will offer a longlife and are generally quiet.
Sizes are limited to the more common ones. But offer a great value for the price.

I purchased these a couple of years ago. They run great up here in snowy Buffalo. I use them all year through, and even though they aren't better than snow tires, they make a great all year tire.
Basic installation package is $18 per tire, which includes mounting, lifetime balancing ,TPMS service, and valve stems. May vary by location. For an extra $10 per tire you can add road hazard warranty. These services can be added in cart if you plan on picking up at your local store.

If you keep your car a long time then road hazard would be worth it when you get longlife tires like these.
Also its included (no charge) if you have walmart+. Since wlamrt+ is $50 right now better to sign up for that and then buy the tires.
The catch of doing it that way is that you have to still be a WalMart+ member at the time of the future repair, and the $50 price is a temporary promo from the usual $98 per year. So you'd potentially spend hundreds of dollars to maintain your hazard coverage for the life of the tire.
Any help at All: I need rims back to the original for 02 Mitsubishi Galant, 2.4L, ES? I want aluminum and stylish rims like my deceased brother put on but not the 215/35/18 size. To replace those tires is expensive. I'm told Walmart will not put on tires on non-Oem sizes, by policy.
Where does one go to get good, non scamming rims?? I'm ok to spend 400-600(?) for a set and get a set of Goodyear tires from Walmart w warranty. VA located

I wouldn't install something non-OEM size. Throws off too many things like ABS, Speed sensors, etc.
But if that's the route you want to take, assuming the tires are within the +/- specs of the size/fit, the smaller private shops can do it. You can try Discount Tires or Belle Tire if you have them in your area, some pep boys as well do tires
