Also its included (no charge) if you have walmart+. Since wlamrt+ is $50 right now better to sign up for that and then buy the tires.

The warranty is tied to the tire, not your membership. But I do not have W+ so I'm going by what they have on their site.
"Limited to tire(s) purchased & installed at Walmart Auto Care Centers. Active Walmart+ membership required at time of purchase & installation."
"You must be an active trial or paid Walmart+ member when you purchase & have your tires installed at a Walmart Auto Care Center to receive the road hazard warranty. The warranty is tied to the purchase of the tire."
These are pretty quiet as long as you rotate them on time and keep the air pressure correct.

Modern tires are like modern cars, both are not built to last. Older tires from Sumitomo and Kumho don't breakdown (cracks, sidewall deformation) after eight years. The V rated Reliants have similar tire construction as the Assurance line (thread 1 polyester+2 steel+1 polyamide, sidewall 1 polyester), minus the longer thread wear warranty. They don't break down until the 4th or 5th year. Avoid H rated Reliants (weak tire construction) and those that are made in Mexico (poor quality control).
No need to spend more money on long life tire if you don't drive more than 10K miles each year. New decent tires will always work better than +5 yr old tires. We get at least 45K miles on the V rated Reliants (Corolla on sale previous years ~$40-$45). Look for AA or AB rated tires with 600-700 threadwear rating for the best value.
Also check out America's tire for clearance sale on Sumitomo and Kumo Solus.
Both are similar, standard touring tires. They are both longlife quiet tires but do not excel at any one attribute.
So you can compare them by price point IMO.
These are a longlife tire(800 treadwear), should be able to get 50k or more from them.
They are not a performance tire so traction is not great for that. But for normal driving they will offer a longlife and are generally quiet.
Sizes are limited to the more common ones. But offer a great value for the price.

If you're talking about the new Pirelli P4 Persist AS Plus those are also a standard touring tire.
Quiet and long life but only for casual regular driving. Similar enough to the Outlast.
Just make sure its the new one not the old one. I see some listed at walmart that give some specs for the new model but are the old one. Have a link?
Yea these are made just for walmart. Made at the same line as the Maxlife I believe. So they compare very similar with a slight adjustment in tread for walmart.
Yea none of these, standard touring, are generally good at snow. Maybe ok with a little slush/dusting.
The general RT45 and Kumho TA51a are decent in light snow but not a snow tire of course.
