yes its a good deal at $770 if you can get it for 650 its even better.
You'll want to add an extra 16gb of ram when you can. (if you buy the PC, check the prices of ram in a month or two it should stabilize by then... i hope lol) its high from AI data center demand.

With sky-high ram and GPU prices, prebuilts are looking more and more appealing. Costco had a similar Cyberpower for $850 with a 5060, but double the RAM and storage. And a 9800X3D system with a 5070 for $1500.
