Continental did not accept the SimpleTire invoice, despite including the install line item. They wanted something from the installer too. I called their dedicated rebate support line for more info, which they also noted that if getting an invoice from the installer is not possible, then the alternative proof of install is to take a photo of one side of the car with the new tires visible, and also a close up of one of those installed tires that shows the manufacturer info visible in the frame. I did those 2 photos and got approved 2 weeks later. Maybe I skimmed that information in the fine print or they accommodate case by case if you call, not sure.
With the stacked savings and rebate, that's 4 ExtremeContact DS06+ tires for about $700, install included. SimpleTire sent me 3 2025 tires and 1 2024 tire. Given the horror stories with SimpleTire, I am pretty happy with this outcome.
