open box lost 2 year warranty.
depends on your use case, usually 5070 is enough for normal player.

It got returned 2times because it was missing the pcie adapter. I was fine since I have a new PSU. It worked perfectly and was pretty much like new. granted it was a one off deal I got lucky on.
