Obviously you don't research. Techron has never been snake oil. Research what PEA (Poly Ether Amine) is. Then you can make educated posts that the educated will care to read.

I bought this and they charged my CC $6 more than the Order total. After contacting customer service, they said they put a temporary hold on the amount plus a variance on local state taxes. That isn't advised during checkout process and frankly BS reason. Picked up the item several days ago and still no refunded the amount over. Might need to get my card issuer involved to dispute the charges

they charged my card a higher amount than my order total. here's what customer service said when I contacted them: Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. For Buy online pickup in store orders, sales tax is estimated based on pick-up store location and may not reflect the actual sales tax amount due at time of pickup. NAPA Online will request for an additional 5% on customer's payment method in case of local tax variation. This is just a hold and will be reversed once the order is picked up in store. However the refund will still depend as to how fast your bank can process the refund but typically appear within 3-5 business days.

Should you have further questions, please call our customer service hotline at 1-800-538-6272 Mon-Fri 8AM-9PM EST; Sat-Sun 8AM-5PM EST for further assistance.

So which is it? they actually CHARGED your card or they put a temporary hold for a higher amount? something is off here. can't be both.

If your charge is showing 'pending' and hasn't hit the statement yet, there's nothing to dispute at this point. If they did charge your card, they can not legally charge you more than what your order confirmation shows, so if they did and the CHARGE is posted (not pending) on your statement, contact your CC company, they aren't allowed to charge you 1c over what the amount shows as final amount at checkout that should correspond to your email confirmation rec'd when you placed the order.
