no, it's not specifically for target or best buy. it's for every merchant that accepts paypal. look around it's usually on the front page ad. it should say 20% cash back if you use pay later. if you can't find it, it's probably not offered to you. do you have bad credit? i'm not sure what determines but it seems many people get it.

What's it look like when you check out

When I go to PayPal, it gives me an offer of the 20% off with pay later. Which I saved. But nothing in the dialogues at target or in the authorized PayPal screens mention it but PayPal credit does say Get $40 back

!!! Oh, I see now that it is PayPal credit that you used OK. Now to decide if the $40 off is better than the 12 months subscription that the Costco version gets you

VR makes everyone feel nauseous. With exposure it will get better. Getting your VR legs as they say. But I have had one for two years now and still you can't play this a long time like you would on a tv or monitor. Poor shaky frame rates will bother you regardless of experience.

no, it's not paypal credit. that's a credit card that gives you instant off the total but that value is random and 40 is less than normal of 50. when i say 40 before it's from the cash back points, it'll say points pending after you buy it but it wont mention it in the buy screen. you need to use pay in 4. it says that in the offer on the front that you saved. did you read it? the pay in 4 20% cash back deal lets you do it many times up to 1.5 billion points. so like 1500 cash back total or something.

after the target $50 gift card stacked with paypal 20% cashback deal, this is the next best thing. amazon has it for 250-50 gift credit = 200. also has gorilla tag bundle which i have no idea what that is.

These promos with "30-day" language are hit or miss. It is quite often that the credit never arrives and the only remedy is to beg CS rep for credit which, if added, would be courtesy credits. There is only so much courtesy credits that can be issued to an account. If you have 2 or more credits missing, you are out of luck

Thus, I avoid those. Got burned too many times during the last spring and summer when the credits for Galaxy Ring and a Hisense TV were never added. Oh, and lots of missing credit for Pet stuff when amazon matched Chevy promo.

Not saying you wont receive the credit for this one, nobody knows, but something to keep in mind. Sure, you can say I took my screenshots, but at the end of the day it is a hassle and your time you have to waste fighting for credits that were supposed to be added on their own

Thanks for that info. I have been thinking about returning it and just getting it for $200 at Costco. As I haven't opened it yet.
