A 9070 XT for $100 less is gonna be one of the lower end models..be prepared for not the best cooling and louder fans.

I actually bought this one. From what I've heard though is that the fan bearings are a hit or miss, so fingers crossed.

how can you be sure that you don't have manufacture warranty? I am not seeing anywhere else. It is not $50 saving. you know that right? the current price for this card is $830.

Because it's open-box. It's considered used. In the very best scenario you will have a warranty based on manufacturing date and not the sales date.

Also, this card is worth $750 new. It offers nothing over an MSRP model unless you value a couple of LEDs at $80.

we're talking about the msrp of the individual card. May be you should look at different OC and see if some cards offer RGB. You can't just say every card is the same price. You should complaint that to manufacture not me.

You're not grasping the point and frankly it's sad.
No air-cooled RTX 5070 Ti worth more than $750. Period.

You said it's an $830 card. I'm saying it's not worth $830. You don't seem to understand the difference between worth and price.
