Look at the bottom of the Costco app where you'll see Explore, Shop, Account, Warehouse, and Cart. Click on Warehouse then search by description or item number. If nothing comes up then your warehouse is OOS. You can change the search location to check nearby warehouses.

Don't ask the employee. My roommate works at Costco. He said I grabbed the last two from his location. But he would not had reserved it for me. And he said if you ask a rep most likely it will alert them to reserve for them or their friends.

Thank you for this information. This method worked to help me get one.
Using the app, the store near me didn't have any in stock but using the "find nearby" option worked and one store in my area had them in stock according to the app. I stopped by, asked the person to grab one and everything worked out.

For those in the Portland, OR area, the Costco in Ridgefield has 5 in stock, as of 11-18-25 @ 3 PM.

I was able to secure the deal today. I got the last Ultra 2 in the Woodmore Town Center Costco in my area (MD). Luckily, the kiosk said the item was sold out, but I inquired since the app said low stock still, and it was there. So if it says low stock in your area, you might have a chance still.
